The Story
It would be hard to not notice but in case you haven’t we have been recruiting for the past month here at 48.3 Scaffold Design. With the deadline for applicants having closed this week we have had over 250 applications!
Since 2010 when Ben Beaumont founded the company, 48.3 have moved office three times, each time to cope with the increasing office demands and expanding personnel. In the past year especially, 48.3 have grown beyond all expectations becoming the best in the industry and taking on numerous clients.
At 48.3 we have always prided ourselves on ensuring that when we agree a deadline we will meet it, committing the necessary resources within the team to a project whenever its needed. To ensure we can continue to deliver this service we have been recruiting two Technical Design Draughtmen to join our team.
So, its now time to sit down and start the lengthy selection and interviewing process…….we have high standards here and only the best will do. Whoever we end up recruiting however, one thing is for sure they will share the same relentless drive for perfection as us, working together to revolutionise our industry.
