48.3 Technical Engineer achieves professional status with the ICE.

We are very proud to announce Kristina Krizanac EngTech MICE passed her Engineering Technical Professional Review with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) this week. 

Kristina started with the company in 2020 as a CAD Technician and BIM Modeller, she now has her sights on a move into a BIM Manager role in the near future. Kristina told us how great it feels to be recognised by the ICE as a professional in the industry. 

"It is definitely a great ending to this challenging year for sure. This is just the first step, and I'm very excited about what the future will bring and all the great projects on the horizon. The support I have received from 48.3 and Richter is more than I ever imagined. Massive thanks to Mark Gilroy for encouraging me to apply for the ICE membership and believing in me. To Jack Bond and Steven Benton for preparing me well enough for the Review, with all the random quizzes and challenges. Last but not least, great thanks to Simon Hassan for making sure I recognise my attributes. I feel so fortunate to be a part of this amazing team who is bringing the best out of me and inspiring me to be an even better person both professionally and personally".
