48.3 engineer passes professional review

David Steed MEng CEng MICE is officially a Chartered Engineer.

Please join us in congratulating David Steed MEng CEng MICE, on passing his Professional Review with the Institute of Civil Engineers (ICE) making him officially a Chartered Engineer!

David told us how proud he is to have achieved CEng MICE status, particularly within the niche field of temporary works and scaffolding, "I could not have done it without the support of my colleagues here at 48.3 / Richter, and I look forward to helping support other engineers in their professional development". 

David, who joined 48.3 in September 2020 as a Senior Design Engineer, will soon be based from the office in Marlow, London, and is the first member of the team to pass under new Training Manager, Simon Hassan. 

Simon works with all People from across both aligned businesses, 48.3 Design and Management of Scaffolding and Richter. "We are committed to getting our People professionally qualified. We liaise with each team member on a one to one basis planning out their individual routes to gaining a professional qualification. It is my pleasure to work with all the great People throughout 48.3 and Richter".

Ben Beaumont BEng CEng MICE, Managing Director of 48.3 also told us, "David is an incredibly talented engineer who has worked so hard to achieve this professional status which he truly deserves. He is an inspiration for everyone else with similar aspirations. We are all so proud. Well done!"
